Starting a company can be stressful and complex especially when it comes to launching a good ecommerce site for a small video production company. To tackle the challenge I did a great deal of competitor analysis to find out what the customer base was likely to need in an ecommerce site. Once the research was completed I designed the site to be mobile first and be easily accessible to all mobile devices.
