Challenge: The existing pharmacy application needed a complete overhaul to improve user flow and accessibility. 

Solution: Conducted contextual and heuristic analyses, reorganized the app to fit user journeys, and ensured compliance with WCAG 2.0 AA standards through exhaustive testing. Responsible for 30 designers adherence to the comprehensive design system with WCAG 2.1 AA keyboard accessibility.

Impact: The new design improved speed by 30% in the pharmacy fulfillment process. The team was thrilled with the efficiency gains from hotkeys and tabbing capabilities.
